On the fresh episode of TLC's "90 Day: The Last Resort," Angela and Kalani talked about the problems they're having with their husbands.

The two women, among other couples, were enjoying a night out in the Florida Keys. The relaxed atmosphere and perhaps a couple of cocktails led to an open conversation about their relationship woes.
As they conversed at the bar, Kalani shared her concerns about her husband, Asuelu, who had been behaving childishly. Angela empathized, drawing from her own experiences with her husband, Michael. She expressed her frustration, saying that she had faced similar issues with her husband, Michael, who was now nearing 35 and still displaying immature behavior. Not quite a typical story where wife catches husband cheating, isn’t it?
They delved into the complexities of deception in relationships. Angela made a strong statement, asserting that lying is a form of cheating, to which Kalani agreed, explaining that being lied to is even worse than actual infidelity because it damages trust and feelings.
Realizing the severity of Kalani's situation, Angela sympathized, acknowledging that she thought her own marital problems were difficult. Angela and Kalani continued their conversation, with Kalani revealing that she had suspected Asuelu had been unfaithful before confirming it. Angela empathized, stating that men often dismiss women's intuition, making them feel like they're the ones who are unreasonable.
As their conversation took a more somber tone, Angela acknowledged the similarities in their situations and realized that offering advice wasn't straightforward. Despite their shared challenges, the two women found solace in talking to each other. They hugged, and Kalani, in a confessional, expressed relief at opening up to Angela and finding common ground.
Angela and her husband first appeared on "90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days" season 2, and after getting married in January 2020, they were featured on "90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?" dealing with trust issues, long-distance struggles, financial concerns, and other love interests. Their season ended with Angela in tears over Michael's online infidelity.
In "90 Day: The Last Resort," the couple is striving to work through their issues and mend their relationship.
Kalani and Asuelu made their debut on TLC during season 6 of "90 Day Fiancé." They got married in September 2018 and have two children together.
"Here's an opinion that you could not hear very often: there's more to relationships than just trust. A little lie can be better than the brutal truth sometimes, even though it's not cool to say," notes Wilda Harrison.
