This fresh Reddit story starts just like that: 24-year-old woman and her 32-year-old boyfriend live together in a small apartment. OP makes it pretty clear: both of them are having money problems.

Their apartment is very small, and she works two jobs to pay the bills. In the late hours, she works as a bartender in a club. During the day, she cuts hair.

Meanwhile, her boyfriend works as a delivery driver and is free to choose when to work. But he only works about three hours each day – most of his time and money goes into cryptocurrencies.
"I don't mind being the primary earner, but that's the reality – I'm the one bringing in the money," she explained.
For some reason, their landlord has decided to raise the rent, so she asked her boyfriend to help pay more. In response, her boyfriend said that he was investing all of his money in "things that the government couldn't get to" – he called it his "crypto scheme."
In response, her boyfriend called her a gold digger! He added that everything that she is interested is money!
"If I were truly a gold digger, I wouldn't be cooped up with him in our tiny apartment, huddled around a Yankee Candle for warmth," she answered. "Other men at the club shower money while he struggles to scrape together pennies."
Well, couples always argue about money – it's pretty normal! "The one thing here is this guy is putting more effort into investing in cryptocurrency than helping out with their bills. But the other thing is that being bad with money doesn't automatically mean someone is just after your cash. The only solution here is to talking things out and finding a middle ground," warns Wilda Harrison, a relationship coach.
Do you know how to find out if someone has dating profiles, maybe this guy’s already looking for anyone who’d work for his living?
